  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • BubbleNapo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the carrier.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • BubbleNapo is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
